Piping & Drumming contest presented and organized by the Northern Branch.
**EVENT CANCELLED**
Due to the current concerns surrounding the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), and following the recommendations of local public health departments, the East Bay Scottish Association and the East Bay Regional Parks District have made the tough decision to cancel this year’s Tartan Day event.
